A stainless steel cover is supplied for the appliance between uses. Remove it before operating the burner.

Measure once. Plan with confidence.
Install in a noncombustible enclosure only. The specification requires at least 12 inches of clearance all around. Use the complete installation manual for support, ventilation, gas and electrical connections.
The cast brass burner has independently controlled rings. Adjusting them separately lets you change the heat beneath the cookware, from lower-output cooking to the combined 70,000 BTU maximum. Match the heat to the pan and recipe, and follow the operating instructions.
The manufacturer supplies a reversible grate designed for large stockpots and commercial woks. Set up the grate as instructed and check cookware stability before lighting. The optional griddle plate is a separate accessory, not an included component.
The required opening is 22 inches wide, 20.5 inches deep and 11.5 inches high. The specification requires a noncombustible enclosure and at least 12 inches of clearance all around, plus the selected gas supply and a grounded 120V supply on a dedicated 15-amp circuit. Twin Eagles provides a two-year limited parts warranty and a one-year full warranty for normal residential use. Under the limited warranty, the owner pays labor, shipping and handling. Coverage is subject to the complete written terms, exclusions and authorized-service requirements.

The Twin Eagles story
Twin Eagles grew from founder Dante Cantal’s experience designing cooking equipment for residential kitchens and demanding commercial environments. That engineering background helped shape a grill collection focused on cooking performance, considered construction and the experience of cooking outdoors.
The brand’s California roots connect design, prototyping, testing and production. Today, Twin Eagles is part of Dometic, carrying that approach into grills and coordinated outdoor kitchen equipment.
