Who is eligible?
Membership is intended for professionals purchasing or specifying products for their work. A business registration, applicable license, professional directory or relevant portfolio may support verification. Not every profession requires a contractor license.
Is there a fee or minimum purchase?
The proposed membership is complimentary, with no minimum spend to remain a member. Additional account benefits are reviewed based on completed purchasing history.
How does preferred pricing work?
Pricing is specific to eligible products and your project. Manufacturer restrictions apply. Your quote confirms prices, delivery charges and its validity period. Membership does not provide a universal discount or automatic promotion stacking.
Can my client purchase directly?
Yes. Tell us who will place and pay for the order so the appropriate quote can be prepared. Trade pricing and client-facing documents are handled separately.
Does membership make purchases tax-exempt?
No. Applicable tax rules and any valid exemption documents must be reviewed separately for the transaction.
Are payment terms or free freight included?
Payment is required before orders are released. Freight and any jobsite delivery requirements are confirmed in your quote. Membership does not automatically include credit terms or free shipping.
Can I share my membership?
Membership is associated with the approved business and its authorized buyers. Quotes and benefits are not transferable to unrelated purchasers.
