The Twin Eagles 30-inch Teppanyaki combines a solid 8mm stainless steel plate with two independently thermostatically controlled gas burners, bringing 40,000 BTUs of total output to breakfast, vegetables and meals cooked directly on the plate.
Outdoor refrigeration for a separate kitchen enclosure
Add refrigerated storage beside your cooking area. The EA24F is a separate built-in refrigerator and requires its own suitable enclosure, electrical supply and installation clearances; it does not mount in the cooking appliance cart.

Each gas burner has its own thermostatic control, so you can set the two sides for the foods you are preparing rather than relying on a single control for the entire plate.
The solid 8mm stainless steel surface gives chopped ingredients and flat-top dishes a continuous cooking surface beside your main grill.
Heat-on indicator lights show when the thermostats call for heat. They are operating indicators, rather than a signal that the plate is safe to touch.
Hot-surface ignition, a safety gas valve, illuminated controls and a supplied stainless steel cover complete the cooking station. Gas and electrical connections must be planned before installation.

Plan the specified 28.50 W × 24.25 D × 11.50 H-inch opening in a noncombustible enclosure. The specification calls for at least 12 inches of clearance all around; follow the full manual for the applicable location, ventilation and utility requirements. Body height is labeled separately and must not be used as the cutout height.
Two independently controlled gas burners let you set the two cooking zones separately. The thermostat calls for heat until the plate reaches the selected setting, and the heat-on light indicates that heating cycle. This gives you a different form of control from a conventional grill valve; food load and conditions still affect how the cooking surface responds.
The continuous stainless steel surface keeps small ingredients on the plate and supports direct-contact cooking for breakfast dishes, vegetables and other flat-top meals. A dedicated griddle also leaves the main grill available for open-grate cooking. The Teppanyaki is a complete gas appliance, rather than an insert that occupies your existing grill.
The specification calls for a 28.50-inch-wide, 24.25-inch-deep and 11.50-inch-high opening in a noncombustible enclosure. Plan both gas and grounded 120V power: the appliance is rated 900W and 8A, with a dedicated 15-amp circuit and a 5-foot cord. Have a qualified installer use the full manual for clearances, ventilation and the exact gas connection.
The lights indicate that the thermostatically controlled burners are heating toward the selected setting. They can cycle as the controls maintain heat. A light switching off does not mean the stainless steel plate has cooled; treat the cooking surface as hot and follow the manual’s shutdown and cooling instructions.
A stainless steel cover is supplied with the Teppanyaki. Remove it before lighting and cooking, as directed in the operating instructions. It is separate from an optional fabric weather cover; do not mistake the supplied stainless cover for a cooking hood or pay for it again as an extra.

The Twin Eagles story
Twin Eagles grew from founder Dante Cantal’s experience designing cooking equipment for residential kitchens and demanding commercial environments. That engineering background helped shape a grill collection focused on cooking performance, considered construction and the experience of cooking outdoors.
The brand’s California roots connect design, prototyping, testing and production. Today, Twin Eagles is part of Dometic, carrying that approach into grills and coordinated outdoor kitchen equipment.
