The combined station lets you cook directly on the griddle while using pots or pans on the separate side-burner section. Keep sauces, side dishes and breakfast cooking close to the main grill.
A 20,000-BTU stainless steel burner heats the griddle, with thermostatic control and a heat-on indicator to show when the griddle is heating.
Each side burner provides 17,500 BTUs of gas input. Together with the griddle burner, the appliance has 55,000 BTUs of total output across its three burners.
Stainless steel covers are supplied for the griddle and side-burner sections. Illuminated controls complete a coordinated Twin Eagles cooking station. Remove the covers before operating the appliance as directed in the manual.

Plan the specified 28.50 W × 24.25 D × 11.50 H-inch opening in a noncombustible enclosure. Follow the complete Breakfast Club manual for outdoor placement, clearances, ventilation and gas/electrical requirements. Body height is shown separately and must not be substituted for cutout height.
The Breakfast Club divides its cooking station between a griddle and two side burners for cookware. A full-width Teppanyaki dedicates the appliance to a continuous flat cooking surface. Choose the combination when you want to prepare flat-top dishes and use pots or pans in the same outdoor station; the two appliances are different cooking formats rather than interchangeable configurations.
The stainless steel griddle burner supplies 20,000 BTUs. The two dual-ring sealed side burners supply 17,500 BTUs each, for another 35,000 BTUs combined. The 55,000-BTU figure is the entire appliance total, not the output of the griddle alone.
The griddle has thermostatic control and a heat-on indicator, while the side-burner section provides two separate burners for cookware. The indicator relates to the griddle heating cycle; it is not a cool-to-touch signal. Follow the operating instructions for lighting, control settings and shutdown of each section.
The specified opening for a noncombustible enclosure is 28.50 inches wide, 24.25 inches deep and 11.50 inches high. Plan both gas and grounded 120V power, including the dedicated 15-amp circuit and access for the 5-foot cord. Have a qualified installer verify ventilation, gas sizing and all clearances from the complete manual before construction.
Stainless steel covers are included for both the griddle and side-burner sections. They are part of the appliance’s supplied equipment rather than separate paid additions. Remove them before operation as directed in the manual; they are distinct from any optional fitted fabric weather cover.

The Twin Eagles story
Twin Eagles grew from founder Dante Cantal’s experience designing cooking equipment for residential kitchens and demanding commercial environments. That engineering background helped shape a grill collection focused on cooking performance, considered construction and the experience of cooking outdoors.
The brand’s California roots connect design, prototyping, testing and production. Today, Twin Eagles is part of Dometic, carrying that approach into grills and coordinated outdoor kitchen equipment.
