Plan a separate built-in opening 19.5 inches wide, 20.75 inches deep and 11.5 inches high. Maintain at least 12 inches from the back and sides to adjacent combustible construction. Secure the lighting transformer in a dry location away from excessive heat and provide a grounded 120V GFCI outlet. Confirm ventilation, gas connections and all clearances in the complete manual.
The stainless steel grate has a removable center section for wok cooking. Use the arrangement appropriate for your cookware and check stability before lighting. The operating manual explains setup, lighting and operation.
The spark ignition uses a 9V battery. The LED control lights use a transformer connected to a grounded 120V GFCI outlet. Have the installer secure the transformer in a dry location away from the firebox and excessive heat.

The Delta Heat story
Delta Heat was introduced by Twin Eagles founder and gas engineer Dante Cantal in 2012. It brought his experience in cooking equipment to a grill line designed to offer a wider range of outdoor kitchens the performance and quality he valued.
Made in the USA, Delta Heat grills carry that shared engineering heritage into everyday outdoor cooking. The collection forms part of the Twin Eagles Dometic family, alongside coordinated equipment for building an outdoor kitchen around the grill.
