For outdoor use. Use the 30.5 W × 19.75 D × 9.5 H-inch cutout only for the specified noncombustible installation. Maintain the clearances and ventilation in the manual. Frequently asked questions

What does a dedicated Teppanyaki plate add beside a conventional grill?

The solid stainless steel plate keeps small ingredients on the cooking surface rather than letting them fall through open grates. It gives pancakes, chopped vegetables and other flat-top dishes a separate cooking station, while your grill remains available for foods suited to open grates. This is a dedicated gas appliance with its own two burners, rather than an insert that occupies your main grill.

How is the cooking plate built, and what heats it?

The cooking surface is a solid 5/16-inch stainless steel plate. Beneath it, two 18-gauge stainless steel U-burners supply 37,000 BTUs of total gas input. That figure describes burner output, rather than a promised cooking-surface temperature; food, weather and control settings affect each cook.

What must be planned before this griddle is built into an outdoor kitchen?

For the noncombustible installation shown in the specification sheet, allow an opening 30.5 inches wide, 19.75 inches deep and 9.5 inches high. These cutout measurements differ from the appliance dimensions. Have a qualified installer plan the gas connection, 120V supply, ventilation and clearances using the complete manual. Combustible enclosures require the specified insulation jacket and its separate installation dimensions.

Why does this gas griddle also have an electrical requirement?

Gas supplies the cooking heat, while the appliance also specifies a 120V, 60Hz electrical connection. Plan a grounded receptacle on a dedicated 15-amp circuit within reach of the 5-foot power cord. The specification lists a 4-amp electrical load; the 9V electronic ignition description does not replace the appliance’s electrical installation requirements.

How should the stainless steel plate and grease collection be cared for?

Remove food residue after use and maintain the removable grease trough so grease does not accumulate. Follow the manual’s cleaning sequence and allow the appliance to cool before general cleaning. Never flood a hot plate with cold water, which can warp the surface. Dry the cleaned plate and apply the light vegetable-oil coating described in the care instructions; avoid steel wool on the stainless steel.

The Delta Heat story

An engineering heritage. A place in your outdoor kitchen.

Delta Heat was introduced by Twin Eagles founder and gas engineer Dante Cantal in 2012. It brought his experience in cooking equipment to a grill line designed to offer a wider range of outdoor kitchens the performance and quality he valued.

Made in the USA, Delta Heat grills carry that shared engineering heritage into everyday outdoor cooking. The collection forms part of the Twin Eagles Dometic family, alongside coordinated equipment for building an outdoor kitchen around the grill.

Tracking your order

Look for your shipping confirmation email for tracking information when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate shipments. Carrier delivery dates are estimates; contact us if you need help checking your order’s status.

Curbside delivery

Large or heavy products may arrive by freight. Standard freight delivery is curbside: plan for help moving the shipment from the curb to its final location. Carry-in service, assembly, installation and packaging removal are not part of standard curbside delivery.

Keep your delivery phone number current and watch for carrier instructions. Some carriers arrange an appointment; others provide an estimated delivery date. Let us know about stairs, narrow roads, gated access or other delivery restrictions before ordering, and confirm any liftgate or additional service needs with us.

Call or email us with your order number to request a cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued immediately upon inspection of the returned item, to the original method of payment used for your order. Once we issue your refund, it usually takes 7–10 days for the credit to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your credit card issuer, bank or payment provider and their processing policies.

This timeframe begins when the refund is issued, rather than when a return is requested or shipped. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers do not pay return shipping for damaged items. There is no restocking fee.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 days, check your account or card statement and contact your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us with your order number so we can help check the status.
