Outdoor refrigeration for a separate kitchen enclosure
Add refrigerated storage beside your cooking area. The EA24F is a separate built-in refrigerator and requires its own suitable enclosure, electrical supply and installation clearances; it does not mount in the cooking appliance cart.

The warming drawer’s primary function is to hold hot, cooked food at serving temperature. Keep the drawer closed between adding and removing dishes to retain heat.
The manual provides instructions for proofing yeast dough at the lowest setting. Follow the operating guide for the bowl, covering and proofing process.

Opening the vent lets steam escape, which helps preserve crisp textures. Closing it retains moisture for dishes that should stay moist. The manual describes separate dry-heat and moist-heat methods; select the method appropriate to the prepared dish.
The control spans approximately 60 to 220°F, but those settings serve different purposes. The manual identifies holding hot cooked food as the primary function and describes its lowest setting for proofing yeast dough. Do not assume the lowest setting is appropriate for holding every cooked dish. Follow the complete operating instructions.
Provide the model-specific opening, proper support and access to a grounded, GFI-protected electrical connection. Both models are rated 120V, 60Hz, 450W and 4A. Use the exact model’s installation drawing; the 42-inch storage combination has different cabinetry requirements from the 30-inch drawer.

The Twin Eagles story
Twin Eagles grew from founder Dante Cantal’s experience designing cooking equipment for residential kitchens and demanding commercial environments. That engineering background helped shape a grill collection focused on cooking performance, considered construction and the experience of cooking outdoors.
The brand’s California roots connect design, prototyping, testing and production. Today, Twin Eagles is part of Dometic, carrying that approach into grills and coordinated outdoor kitchen equipment.
