The warming drawer makes most sense when you cook several dishes for a group and want to bring them to the table together. An enclosed stainless drawer keeps finished food out of the way while you complete the next batch, and the full-extension slides make loading more convenient. We would place it near the serving area and check the cookware you expect to use before committing to the opening. It helps with timing and serving; it is not a substitute for cooking food properly.
