Features & cooking details

Stainless steel WAVE grids

Stainless steel WAVE grids

Napoleon’s wave-shaped cooking grids are made from stainless steel in this configuration.

JETFIRE ignition

JETFIRE ignition

JETFIRE sends a jet of flame to ignite each burner individually. The ignition is built into the burner controls, so you can light the cooking zones you need as you begin your cook.

30,000 BTU

30,000 BTU per hour describes the appliance’s rated heat input. Use the burner breakdown in Specifications to see how that output is distributed; BTU is not a cooking temperature.

Two range burners

Two range burners create separate places for preparing dishes in cookware, extending the kitchen beyond the main grill surface.

200 sq. in. total cooking area

The total includes the cooking surfaces counted for this configuration. Compare the main cooking-area measurement separately when choosing primary grill space.

11.75 × 18 in. main cooking area

These dimensions describe the primary cooking surface, helping you judge the room available for food and cookware without counting secondary racks.

Controls with SafetyGlow

Backlit SafetyGlow controls help you see the burner settings. When installed without a connection to a Built-in 700 Series grill, the control-knob lighting requires the separate N370-1091-SER power supply kit.

Stainless steel cover included

The supplied stainless steel cover is part of this configuration’s included equipment.

Designed for a built-in layout

This component is intended to integrate into an outdoor kitchen. Use its installation requirements to plan the opening.

OUR PRODUCT ASSESSMENT

Hearth Outpost Score

8.0/10

We would choose a range-top burner to keep the whole meal outdoors: sauces, vegetables and skillet cooking can run beside the grill without competing for grate space. The 700 family offers several footprints, so compare your usual pans with the burner spacing. Relevant owners like the flexibility and heat control. We would also discuss wind protection, visibility of the flame in bright sun and one report of a faulty power switch with slow replacement support. If the burner stands alone, include the required lighting power supply in the installation plan.

What owners are saying

Owners praise side-dish flexibility, heat control and pan space. Concerns include wind protection, judging ignition in sunlight and one faulty power-switch experience with slow replacement support. Check the power arrangement and burner spacing as part of the installation plan.

What stands out

Conventional burners keep sauces, vegetables and skillet dishes beside the grill. Owners like the heat control and flexibility, and the choice of layouts helps match the station to your usual pans. Illuminated controls coordinate with the 700 kitchen, especially when the cooking area is used after dark.

What to consider

Check burner spacing with your largest cookware and plan wind protection around the installation requirements. Owners mention difficulty judging ignition in bright sunlight, plus a faulty power-switch experience. If the station operates separately from a compatible grill, confirm the lighting power supply required for the complete setup.

Value Consideration

Choose capacity around cookware you use, not the widest opening available.

Curbside delivery

Large or heavy products may arrive by freight. Standard freight delivery is curbside: plan for help moving the shipment from the curb to its final location. Carry-in service, assembly, installation and packaging removal are not part of standard curbside delivery.

Keep your delivery phone number current and watch for carrier instructions. Some carriers arrange an appointment; others provide an estimated delivery date. Non-custom orders may be canceled within 4 hours of order placement. After this period, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Call or email us with your order number to request a cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued immediately upon inspection of the returned item, to the original method of payment used for your order. Once we issue your refund, it usually takes 7–10 days for the credit to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your credit card issuer, bank or payment provider and their processing policies.

This timeframe begins when the refund is issued, rather than when a return is requested or shipped. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers do not pay return shipping for damaged items. There is no restocking fee.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 days, check your account or card statement and contact your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us with your order number so we can help check the status.
