What your installer supplies
Site preparation, a hard level support surface, the gas supply, pressure verification, fittings and an accessible upstream shutoff.
A propane cylinder does not fit inside the fireplace. A separate cylinder enclosure, regulator, hose assembly and cylinder are required for a cylinder installation.
Have a qualified professional review the fireplace and selected burner manuals together before installation.

Large and heavy products are delivered curbside by freight. Carry-in, assembly and installation are not included.
Custom products take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Components may ship separately.
Shipping policyReturns & damages
There’s no restocking fee. If you’d like to return an item, call or email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number—we’ll help arrange the return pickup. Keep the item unused and uninstalled, with its original packaging, parts and accessories. Change-of-mind return shipping is deducted from your refund; custom or made-to-order items may have different return conditions.
If something arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Inspect your delivery on arrival, note any damage on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 24 hours with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels, and a copy of the delivery paperwork. Keep everything together and leave the item unused and uninstalled. You won’t pay return shipping for damaged items; a replacement part or repair may resolve the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately after inspection. Allow 7–10 days for the credit to appear.
