EL500 30″ Built-In Electric Grill

A 30-inch Fire Magic EL500 electric grill with Diamond Sear cooking grids, fast preheat, and analog or Bluetooth-connected digital control configurations.

EL500 delivers the materials and cooking feel expected from Fire Magic with a 240-volt heat system. Digital models add Bluetooth-connected control and a 700°F range; the analog model offers straightforward thermostatic control up to 650°F.

Planning and installation

Manufacturer cutout: 33″ W × 17½″ D × 7¼″ H. Provide the listed ventilation openings, combustible clearances, fuel supply, electrical access, and service access. A model-specific stainless steel insulating liner is required in combustible enclosures. Electrical supply: 240V / 30A minimum.
